I'm so grateful for the little

1. Devotional was AMAZING!!! 

They played my favorite hymns and 

the speaker read my favorite scripture

(Proverbs 3:5-6),

Plus the speaker was amazing...

2. My dance class was cancelled!

SWEET!!! 

Today has been one 

of those AMAZING days

that you know that your not 

alone in the universe...

How to Survive Murphy's Law...

So, this past week in a half has been the most
stressful one that I've ever experienced.
My computer completely died, taking all o
f my documents and my WHOLE life...
I missed a Spanish test, but luckily
was able to take it for 1/2 credit.
Midterms... need I say more?
My life has become Murphy's Law!!!!!
I came up with tips to survive....

1) A Pint Ben and Jerry
( Chubby Hubby is my FAVORITE)
2)A nap
( I think I'm addicted to sleep)
3) Scriptures!
(Heavenly Father always gives the best advice:)
4) Journal
(Writing is SO therapeutic)
5) Taking a warm SHOWER
(SO relaxing)
6) Listening to Happy Music
(my play list is full of such examples)
7) Pride and Prejudice
( By far my favorite movie,
all six hours of it:)
I LOVE Mr. Darcy
8)Listening to other peoples problems
(serving others always
helps me forget mine)
9)Hot Chocolate
( a cure for ANYTHING)
10) Candy....
lots and lots of chocolate.
11) Going to the temple,
I love the temple.

Yellowstone!!! with Rachel!

For my Agro class, I went to Yellowstone and
I was SO excited that I could bring Rachel with me!!!

my roommates and my ward!
So, in short,
I LOVE
BYU-IDAHO!

General Conference Weekend :)

This last weekend was the best!!!
All of my roommates went
to Utah, and I stayed in Rexburg!
It was the first time
I've not been at home for General Conference.
Friday night....
I was home ALL ALONE!!!

Actually, it wasn't that bad! I cooked a
wonderful dinner for myself.
(and Poptart of course).
I did A TON of homework,
cleaned up around the apartment,
and watched the Office! It was a
GREAT night!

Saturday I watched General Conference
with my friend Katie! In between
sessions we went to Wallie World
(that'swhat she calls Wal-mart!
Isn't that funny!!)
and then we went out to lunch!
After General Conference she and I played
tennis and watched a movie!
Sunday Morning was REALLY wet and REALLY chilly!
I went over to Katie's and she made WONDERFUL
waffles; with homemade whipped cream and
strawberries! It was soooo good!
Then we watched Conference, wasn't it AMAZING!
I don't think I have a favorite talk! They
were all so good! I think EVERY weekend
should be conference weekend!

Poptart....

Wow, this a really random post...
This last summer I had the best dream ever!
In the dream I had this really cute dog; she was
white, fully and SO cute! For some reason her name
was... Poptart! I have NO idea where this dream came
from, but it was such a fun dream! I was so depressed when I
woke up because Poptart wasn't there!
Since that dream I wanted a dog and I
wanted to name it Poptart! Well, I live in the dorms and
there is NO way I can have a dog... SAD DAY!
So I bought a stuff animal who looks EXACTLY
like the Poptart of my dreams!!!
She's the perfect pet...

ELISA... GO SUCK ON AN EGG!

So... my roommate was DRIVING me CRAZY!!!
(but she keeps me sane....sometimes)
I told her too, quote, "Suck on an egg!!,"
and this is what she did....
Elisa is the craziest roommate in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!!
But, she makes life interesting and SO much fun!

Adventures in Cooking.... YUM!

I LOVE THAI FOOD!!! I tried to make Pad Thai and it
turned out pretty good! It looks good... doesn't it?

Idaho Adventures....potato harvest :)

It's potato harvesting season in Idaho,
the land of the potato. For my
Agro-Ecology class our
professor thought it would be a great
idea to watch potatoes being harvested.
Only in Idaho!!!! But, I
HAD SO MUCH FUN!!
I've never seen anything like it!
I also got a free bag of potatoes out of the deal!!
Maybe I'll just skip out of school and become a
potato farmer..... naw... it's to dirty!

To Utah and Back....

My roommate Elisa and I went back to Utah this last weekend. Here's the pictures!

"The Office" Party!! I LOVE the office and it was so
much fun to watch it with my friends!

Dan had is missionary "farewell", that Sunday. After church
his mom made us AMAZING Mexican food!! So good!!

Then Elisa and I went back up to Idaho... it was a fun ride...

Sorry I haven't blogged since the gnocci post.... I've been a little busy!
So I'm back up at school and I'm trilled to be starting my sophomore year in college!!!
I have my own KITCHEN and I'm having SO much fun cooking for myself...
and really cute boys.... and AWESOME ROOMIES!!!
Classes have been good so far....... I love
Book of Mormon and Spanish! But STATS.....
I'm pretty sure will be the death of me!!!
So that's my life so far.... oh, I'm Relief Society President again!
I'm SOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!
